This fractal is made with #Apophysis 7x15
Based on ~IDeviant Pythagoras Tree tutorial.
And this is my entry for the Best of Both Worlds Fractal

So technically :
This flame is a multishape flame made mainly with xaos combos.
First for the "hexagon" tilling, this is made with nGon / pre_blur.

Secondly : For the trees it's pytagoras tree shape made with cylinder / pre_blur + linked pie.

Then the background : It's made with xaos bubble link with stripes.
I've move them a little off center to create "a depth effect" which is improve by the coloring.

The gradient, in fact I don't really remember if it's one of fiery-fire's or one of mine

To finish, i've render it with Chaotica
