This is a "new" place in Lyon (France) called Confluence,
With some nice building, artificial rivers and boats etc ...
Nice place to try for the first time the ND filter!

Ils ont fini le quartier alors ! C'est très sympa, carré mais pas trop rigide
et puis des immeubles au styles différents ça change par rapport aux mornes
bloc de béton sans âme que l'on voit s'ériger un peu partout dans les grandes
villes. Ta photo est très bien structurée, l'expo lente pour figer et lisser le ciel et l'eau
et le noir et blanc qui met bien en valeur les formes, impeccable ! :)
