The Day That Never Comes

An impressive interpretation of that ephemeral day that never comes - tomorrow! How often as a child was that concept dangled in front of you whenever there was some thing you either wanted to get or do? When can I....? Tomorrow!

The flame itself demands full-view to truly appreciate the complexity of the detail within the form. A never-ending blend of swirls and twists as today morphs into that nebulous concept of tomorrow.

A powerful image that draws the viewer downward toward the center as the image congeals into a bright swirl of blue, white, and grey.

Over all I see no negatives to critique except, perhaps, the bleaching at the edges of the forms to a bright white. Which I, for what it's worth, think actually adds, rather than detracts, from the images impact.
