This is absolutely amazing. I don't even know if I can find the words to praise it, and I am a writer. You state you like constructive criticism, but I see absolutely nothing to criticize! It's honestly fantastic! It's an almost flowered pattern towards the middle, yet the thin streaks make it almost feel like fire, that those 'scales'(really, that's the only way I feel I can describe it) seem like they're on fire. The title really brings the intent of the picture in, which goes to show you that one should never skimp on a title name. It is all too important. I love the shades of purple and blue in the near center, and I really, really like the 'white nova' center you have. It focuses all the attention right there, but begs the eye to take a look around and see the whole picure. This is beyond words, you have done an incredibly excellent job. Intense, wonderful skill.
